Inês Cruz.

Veterinary Surgeon
DVM MRCVS
Ines graduated from the Universidade de Tras-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD) in 2015 in her home country, Portugal. That same year she moved to Ireland where she started working as mixed practice vet. In 2019, she moved to the UK and finally starting "living the dream" as a farm animal vet, joining Tyndale in 2020.
Ines main interests have always been beef and sheep, but she has become more involved in camelid herd health and medicine and finds it really interesting. She is working towards her certificate of Advanced Veterinary Practice in camelids. She also loves delivering training to farmers and has become our star speaker, delivering course and evening talks such as our lambing course and BVD.
She is a mental health first aider and also a mentor for XL Vets, supporting vets from across the XL Vets community.
Outside work she enjoys doing macrame, going to the gym and going out for long walks that normally end in a nice pub. She has a standard wire haired Dashund puppy and two cats, Misha and Yoda.
