At Tyndale Vets, we understand that exceptional genetics know no borders. Whether you're looking to bring world-class embryos to your farm or share your UK-generated embryos with the world, we're here to guide you through the import and export process with ease.

Our Services:

  • Import Arrangements: We facilitate the import of embryos purchased from anywhere in the world.

  • Export Services: We generate embryos to export standards on request and handle the export of any of your export qualified embryos to locations across the globe.

Understanding the Costs:

  • Export Paperwork: Approximately £100 covers the completion of necessary export documentation.

  • Shipment Costs:

    • We partner with Eagle Logistics, an experienced third-party shipping company, to handle the logistics. They arrange collection, international delivery, and handover to your designated customs clearance broker.

    • Quotes are valid for 1-2 weeks.

    • Shippers can be purchased from our partners EggTech and delivered direct to us.

    • Alternatively, one of our own shipper flasks can be hired with a refundable deposit.

Important Considerations:

  • Insurance: The owner of the germplasm is responsible for arranging shipment insurance.

  • Shipping Method: Shipments are conducted by air to the nearest airport with a Border Control Post (BCP) capable of handling germplasm.

  • Customs Clearance: Your buyer's appointed clearance broker will manage customs clearance at the BCP and arrange onward shipment.

Additional Export Requirements:

  • Advance Notification: To ensure your UK-generated embryos meet export requirements (EU or elsewhere), please inform us of your intentions and destination in advance.

  • Testing and Licensing: Requirements vary by destination and can change over time.
