Philippa's role involves a blend of administrative, technical and laboratory responsibilities. It is likely that you will meet Philippa assisting on OPU collection days, and when she is not busy vet-teching, she will be inside the laboratory supporting our head embryologist with the daily embryo tasks. Philippa looks forward to catching up with the team each morning, chatting with clients and meeting their beautiful cows.
Having grown up in the tranquil Shropshire countryside on a small holding with pigs and ducks, Philippa relocated for the hustle and bustle of city life in Bristol. Philippa was previously working within the Advanced Breeding sector for an Ovine breeding specialist based in Shropshire. She balances her professional life with hobbies such as gardening, baking, exploring and socialising. Some of her favourite moments are spent on autumnal walks and skiing among the mountains, reconnecting with nature.
