Your annual herd health plan has far greater potential to drive your goals forward than it has traditionally been used for. Our aim is to use these meetings to make strategic decisions on where the farm wants to be and crucially how to get there. To facilitate these changes we use SMART goals.

Using this approach, everyone in the team is aware of who needs to do what to achieve the specific goals. These can then be reviewed throughout the year to keep driving progress and to celebrate team success.

Whether you are with Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S or Organic we have specific templates to ensure you are never caught out. We regularly review and update these templates to include contract-specific changes.

An annual medicine review is carried out to provide mg/PCU of antibiotic use and this is benchmarked anonymously against previous years usage as well as other farms.

Herd level treatment protocols and SOPs can be generated bespoke to your farm and the medicines used to be actively used by your team.

Our team use Uniform, Total Vet, Farm metrics to review farm data and generate data driven reports. We have recently started using Power BI to generate purpose-built graphs to provide benchmarking insights.

Our herd health plans are Red Tractor and FAWL compliant.
